About Flag City LC

our story

Flag City Lacrosse Club was created to grow the game of lacrosse in Findlay, Ohio, and surrounding communities by providing young athletes with opportunities to learn, develop, compete, and succeed both on and off the field. The club was founded on the belief that lacrosse should be accessible to athletes of all ages and skill levels, regardless of their previous experience with the sport.

Flag City LC was established to build more than just competitive lacrosse teams. Its purpose is to create a positive environment where athletes develop confidence, discipline, leadership, accountability, and lifelong friendships. Built around the core values of Pride, Class, and Commitment, Flag City LC strives to:

• Grow the Game: Introduce lacrosse to more families throughout Findlay and Northwest Ohio.
• Create Opportunities: Provide affordable, accessible opportunities for athletes to participate in recreational, developmental, and competitive lacrosse.
• Develop Athletes: Offer year-round training, skill development, and competitive experiences that prepare players for the next level.
• Build Character: Teach teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, discipline, and accountability.
• Strengthen the Community: Establish a sustainable lacrosse program that brings athletes, families, coaches, and local organizations together.
