About

Flag City Lacrosse Club is a player-development-focused lacrosse organization serving boys and girls in Findlay and the surrounding Northwest Ohio communities. Our mission is to grow the game of lacrosse while developing confident, skilled, and well-rounded athletes both on and off the field.

Flag City Lacrosse Club was created with one goal: to grow the game of lacrosse in the Findlay community while developing great players, great teammates, and great people.

What began as an opportunity to provide local athletes with more chances to play has grown into a year-round player-development program serving boys and girls from their first experience with a lacrosse stick through the high school level.

Flag City LC believes development is a process. We focus on teaching strong fundamentals at an early age, challenging players as they grow, and providing competitive opportunities through spring lacrosse, Fall Ball, 6v6, summer tournament teams, and specialized skill-development academies.

Our program is led by Director Scott Miller, who helped establish both the boys' and girls' lacrosse programs at Findlay High School. His experience as a collegiate player, professional lacrosse player, and coach helped shape Flag City LC's development-first approach.

We believe success is measured not only by wins and losses, but by the type of teammates and people our athletes become. Through our team culture and the principles found in the 21 Ways to Be a Great Teammate, we challenge our players to work hard, serve their teammates, respond to adversity, compete with confidence, and represent their families and community the right way.

From a player's first practice to their final high school tournament, our goal is to provide a pathway that allows athletes to learn, develop, compete, and belong.
